relaxing massage - full body - 90 min in our busy times , its important to slow down and let the body find its rest. We start with a brief consultation to understand your needs and any areas of tension. You'll then be invited to unwind in a serene, softly lit room with calming music, the electric table is adjustable to any physical needs and preheated for a wonderful experience of calmness and care. I will use a combination of Swedish massage techniques, including effleurage (gliding), petrissage (kneading), and rhythmic movements, to soothe the body and mind. different high grade oils are used , a luxurious oil for the face infused with royal gele for extra hydration, and extra protection and regeneration of the skin. I run a strikt demeter policy no chemicals or artifical scents are used .... the body oils ,Jojoba and babassu are infused with vitamine E to nourish and engage detoxification.... some oils are also warmed up to unfold the infused essential oils as bergamot , ylang ylang and more.... to relax and slow down ,unwinding for a moment and reconnect Key benefits are: - reduce stress and anxiety - ease muscle fatigue and tension - enhance sleep quality - promote emotional and physical balance
