AK YOGA & MASSAGE does not provide medical treatment. In the event of medical complaints, you
should consult your doctor or specialist before undergoing a massage treatment. AK YOGA &
MASSAGE does not provide erotic massages, requests during a treatment are not appreciated.
AK YOGA & MASSAGE cannot be held liable for material and/or immaterial damage as a result of the
treatments.
Intake and your health
If you have medical complaints, are being treated by a doctor or specialist or if you use medicines
that affect the ability to react, you must report this. Important for women: If you are pregnant, or in
the lead-up to becoming pregnant, you should definitely report it. Even if the pregnancy is difficult,
you should report this prior to the treatment. You are responsible for passing on important
information regarding your own health.
Contraindications
Contraindications are reasons why someone should not (absolutely) or partially (relatively) not be massaged,
unless there is permission from the attending physician and/or specialist. When in doubt, always consult your
doctor or specialist. To be sure that you can be fully/partially massaged, a short intake will be taken before
each massage. Please note, if the masseur is not fully or incorrectly informed, we cannot be held liable for
damage or injury as a result of a massage performed by us.
Absolute contraindications: fever, flu, diseases involving an increased metabolism, contagious skin diseases,
infectious diseases, serious vascular diseases, psoriasis, cancer, thrombosis, use of antidepressants, antibiotics,
anti-inflammatories, extreme fatigue and exhaustion and (intended) pregnancy. Relative contraindications:
open wounds, pregnancy, inflammation, traumatic conditions and varicose veins. Of course, any form of
massage with the use of alcohol and drugs is excluded.
Privacy
All your personal and medical information will never be disclosed to third parties without your written consent.
AK YOGA & MASSAGE reserves the right to exclude a client from treatment. For legal reasons a audio file is recording each session and used in need of legal protection, the recordings are stored 7 days and deleted afterwards.
Massage
Cancellation of an order is possible up to 24 hours before the start, by telephone or e-mail. After this, the full
costs will be charged. This also applies to late canceled appointments with gift vouchers; they therefore expire.
In case of late arrival for your scheduled appointment, we will charge the full amount. Each treatment must be
paid in cash afterwards, and as appropriate as possible. You will receive a receipt for this.
Massage gift vouchers
The gift voucher can only be exchanged for massage services at AK YOGA &.MASSAGE The validity of the gift
voucher and the treatment card is 1 year after issue. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. A gift
voucher ordered by e-mail cannot be cancelled. We only accept original gift vouchers (no copies) and are not
responsible for lost gift vouchers and therefore cannot refund them.
